Programmes: Professional development for future ready leadership

Throughout the course, I was challenged to look inward at my strengths, blind spots, and the way I show up for others. The sessions on communication and emotional intelligence were eye-opening. I learned that leadership is less about control and more about creating space where people feel heard, valued, and motivated.

Programme: Introduction to Project Management

I joined this initiative because, for some time, I felt the need to expand my knowledge and capacity, and when I saw that the opportunity was available, I grabbed on to it. So far, I have learned that project management skills are day-to-day skills, but in a more complex format when dealing with projects from start to end.
We use some of these planning, preparing, feedback, negotiation, and assessment skills every day; the difference is the concepts of project management and the jobs that a project manager undertakes. I have recommended that others join the initiative because it can allow them to go further in life.
